SA-Encode

A simple tool to encode a protein 3D structure and display how it is encoded using HMM derived structural alphabet.

This will encode 3D file(s) (PDB format) into a 1D encoding of a 27 state structural alphabet (HMM learnt) and then display the structure using colouring scheme dependant on the encoding..
