Tools for making databases to be scanned by YAKUSA

The make_Bank shell script for making databases calls the phipsi program, so you need both.
Remark: make_Bank and phipsi sources are in yakusa package (cf. Yakusa sources) so you do not need to download them if you have downloaded Yakusa sources.
